At the elementary levels—Early Elementary, Middle Elementary, PreTeen—the learning process is a four-step approach. This structure appropriately challenges older children to be more specific and personal in their response to the Bible lesson.
- Focus In (activity options help teachers introduce the lesson theme and Life Focus)
- Explore His Word (kids interact with a Bible story or Scripture passage, practice Bible skills, and memorize Scripture)
- Make It Real (activity options help kids answer, “What does this story or Scripture mean for me?”)
- Live It Out (activities to help kids do, say, think, commit in response to God’s Word)
